Systems Medicine Institute is a clinical practice built around one idea — lasting health comes from restoring the body’s core biological systems, not managing isolated symptoms.
Founded by Dr. Noah Segal, DC, SMI combines structural care, regenerative medicine, and functional medicine into a single, coordinated model of healing.
150K+ Patients Recover
Most medical care treats symptoms in isolation. A back pain patient sees one doctor. A gut health patient sees another. A cardiometabolic patient sees a third. Each visit addresses a fragment of the problem.
Systems Medicine Institute takes a different approach. We evaluate the whole patient — structurally, functionally, and biochemically — to identify which biological systems are disrupted. Then we create a coordinated recovery plan designed to restore function at the root level.
This is precision medicine delivered through an integrated clinical model.

Musculoskeletal repair and tissue healing. Addresses joint injuries, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and structural degeneration through regenerative protocols.

Gut integrity, microbiome balance, and the gut-immune connection. Disruptions here affect inflammation, immunity, mood, and metabolism.

Back pain. Sciatica. Plantar fasciitis. Joint injuries. If you are in pain, we identify the structural and regenerative factors driving it — and build a precise recovery plan.
Digestive issues. Fatigue. Metabolic concerns. Cardiovascular risk. If you are not sick but not well, we identify the biological systems under stress and restore them before they fail.
Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation — We assess all five biological systems.
Identify the System Involved — Precision mapping of where the breakdown is occurring.
Create a Recovery Plan — A structured protocol tailored to your biology.
Restore Function — Active clinical care across our treatment modalities.
Long-Term Health Optimization — Sustaining and building on your results.
Dr. Noah Segal is a Doctor of Chiropractic (graduated Cum Laude, University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic) with over a decade of clinical experience in regenerative musculoskeletal care, functional medicine, and structural rehabilitation. He is the founder of Systems Medicine Institute and the driving force behind its integrated clinical model.
Dr. Segal holds a BS in Biology with a Chemistry Minor from The Richard Stockton College of NJ, and is certified in radial extracorporeal shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, functional medicine protocols, and orthotics.
